Haldex is a provider of proprietary and innovative solutions to the global vehicle industry, with focus on products in vehicles that enhance safety, environment and vehicle dynamics.

Haldex, in Grain Valley, MO, manufactures brake components for large vehicles. Reliasys recently performed a MP2 Training Session over a 3-day period.The trainees reported that they enjoyed the training and particularly appreciated the years of experience that consultant, Paul Alexander, has with MP2. An ongoing relationship continues with Haldex as we work on an interface between their inventory system and MP2.

HNI Corporation

HNI Corporation is the second-largest office furniture manufacturer in the world, and the nation's leading manufacturer and marketer of gas and wood-burning fireplaces. In 2008 the Corporation was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of America's Most Admired Companies in the furniture industry.The Corporation was also recognized by Industry Week in 2007 as one of the 50 Best Manufacturing Companies for the fifth consecutive year.

Initially HNI used MP2 independently at 5 sites to track equipment, spare parts for equipment and labor on equipment. They recognized the strength of the solution and realized a need to have access to all location's data. They chose Reliasys to assist with implementation, data conversion, and training. Reliasys continues an on-going relationship with HNI as we look forward to working with them in the future.

Aveda

Aveda manufactures professional plant-based hair care, skin care, makeup, Pure-Fume™ and lifestyle products. Headquartered in Blaine, Minnesota, Aveda is available in Aveda stores, and in nearly 7,000 professional hair salons and spas in 24 countries worldwide.

The manufacturing location in Blaine, Minnesota uses MP2 to track approximately 1600 pieces of equipment. Managing so much equipment requires that they often utilize the barcoding plus option to track spare parts. When they upgraded scanners, they needed additional assistance with making sure it performed correctly with their solution.

Reliasys is able to offer customers many affordable service options. Reliasys worked with Aveda to provide a cost effective consultation and advanced training option while meeting their budget.

Marigold Mine

Marigold Mine is a run of mine heap leach operation that commenced production in 1988. The property, located in the southeastern portion of Humboldt County, Nevada, encompasses approximately 28.9 acres of land. Marigold Mining Company operates the mine, a joint venture between Goldcorp (66 2/3 percent owner and operator) and Barrick (33 1/3 percent owner).

Mining consists of a standard truck and shovel fleet using 190 and 300 tonne haul trucks and large hydraulic shovels. Marigold Mine initially utilized spreadsheets to track their mobile heavy mining equipment. As their mining operations continued to expand, they were in need of a more efficient tracking solution. They chose to implement Infor's MP2 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solution. "After installing the new solution , the employees of Marigold Mine needed training to take full advantage of the unfamiliar and powerful system," said Gary Frost of Marigold Mine.

Reliasys offers customers flexible and low cost training options. Reliasys worked with Marigold to provide centralized off-site training while meeting their budget. The relationship with Reliasys and Marigold continues as future training and the creation of custom reports are scheduled.

Oberthur Card Systems

Oberthur Card Systems is one of the world's leading providers of card-based solutions, software and applications including SIM and multi-application smart cards. Oberthur Card Systems provides innovative products, security expertise and high quality services in 9 countries.

Oberthur Card Systems installed and utilized Infor MP2 to manage their facilities. However, there was a need for training employees that had no prior experience with the solution. They researched the internet for a company that could provide one-on-one training. "After looking at a few companies, we chose Reliasys because they were the only company that could offer us flexibility, convenience and the low cost online training option" says Brenda Lawson of Oberthur Card Services.

As North America's leader in plastic reusable packaging, it was a necessity to transfer information between each of its manufacturing locations. Although most of their facilities made the conversion to Infor's Business Edition to take advantage of the web-based feature, there were three ORBIS facilities still running MP2. These 3 facilities recently upgraded their solution to match the other ORBIS manufacturing locations in order to create a more streamlined process, as well as provide a more effective support system throughout their manufacturing locations. "After researching companies, ORBIS chose Reliasys based on the presentation of their offerings. It was essential to select a flexible and customer-focused company that we could continue a relationship that would meet our needs, from implementation to training and beyond" said Donald Helper, ORBIS Senior Tooling Engineer.

With this upgrade, ORBIS had a need for on-site training and data conversion. Reliasys was able to meet the need and provide training and data conversion to the newly upgraded facilities. The main goal was to provide service and support without affecting day-to-day business operations. Reliasys was able to provide a successful transition for ORBIS.

Pacific Southwest Container (PSC)

Pacific Southwest Container (PSC) has grown from a small family-owned business to the West Coast's premier provider of packaging solutions since their founding in 1973. With more than 750,000 sq ft between their Modesto and Visalia, CA facilities, they offer comprehensive services all in-house - from planning and design, to manufacturing and delivery.

As their business grew, they also began to expand out of their homegrown maintenance management system. They needed a more robust CMMS system that would provide support within two facilities. They purchased MP2 as their new system. The ability to transfer and implement their solution quickly was essential. They were in search of a company that would provide quality onsite training and critical customization. After researching 5 service companies, they chose Reliasys.

PSC had the need for a specific customization plan. It was necessary for the management to have a centralized screen for each department to control the review and approval of their respective work orders. Reliasys was able to customize the solution to fit their needs. Reliasys performed data conversion, customization and training that PSC needed for a successful project.
